What is your return policy for wigs and hairpieces?
For hygiene reasons, wigs and hairpieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, P.O. Boxes, and military APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

We provide a comprehensive size chart on every product page. For wigs, we recommend measuring the circumference of your head to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
